It's #ThrowbackThursday. Today we're sharing this image showcasing the interior of #FortHenry from north west balcony post Second World War before its reopening to the public in 1948. It is quite the different sight from what we see today.
Today #OnThisDay February 5, 1940, historic #FortHenry opened its doors again to the general public but then in June 1940, it was announced that it was to again be used as an internment camp during the Second World War. So it was open for about 5 months before opening again permanently in 1948.
